The apartment is bright and private, featuring mirrored windows, excellent thermal insulation, aerators in each bathroom, and an eco-friendly water heater.
Exceptionally comfortable in winter, with 4 heaters set to a constant 21°C, using modern dry inertia technology that provides efficient warmth with very low energy consumption.
Cool and pleasant in summer , the apartment remains in the shade while enjoying plenty of natural light . Brand new ceiling fans are installed in every room, with both summer and winter modes, ensuring the perfect breeze during the day. Nights are naturally cool in summer, with average temperatures of 18-20°C, eliminating the need for air conditioning and avoiding common AC-related issues as such as excessive energy use, , respiratory discomfort, allergies and bacteria risks.
