1 living room with 6 people dining table + 1 very large sofa bed (for sofa : fitting up to 5 people with leg extension to the full length, convertible in a 130cm width bed for 1 person).

1 outdoor corridor with water tap/shower to rinse boards and drying rack.

1 patio with outside table, bamboos and guinguette lights for cosy dinners (private part in a shared patio)

Parking : 1 free garage (so be shared with 3 other appartments : no priority). And Easy to park on the street : free all year except from june to September -> just need to purchase pass on Viaverde or Easypark apps (around 4€ per day or 12€ per week or 50€ per month).
